| NEW COFFEE ALERT| FOR 1 MONTH ONLY | MICROLOT FROM KEREDIMBA, BR HILLS
In June and July 2017, we transport you out of the city and into a hamlet of 20 households in the BR Hills – where this coffee is from. “Mathi mara” or Terminalia eliptica is a prominent feature in many forests in Southern India. The coffee is a complex Arabica – a blend of hand-pulped and natural, sun-dried beans all from a 50 kilo microlot.
The dark roast highlights the natural fruitiness of this coffee making it an intense pour-over or drip coffee.
