In May 2017, we transport you out of the city and into a coffee farm to recline under the shade of Holigarna beddomei or Kaadger mara, as this tree is called in Kodagu – where this coffee is from. Kaadger mara is a rich and complex Arabica from Agasteshwara Temple Estate in the Guyya region of Kodagu. The medium-dark roast highlights the natural fruitiness of this coffee making it a fun cold brew or iced pour over.
